Property plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this new document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying various areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
More images released as part of the continuing oversight release.
